I have a family member with a mental health emergency. I called last week to make an appointment but the earliest we can be seen is 2 weeks. We were told to go to urgent care or the emergency room. I just feel like no one cares and getting help in crisis should not be this difficult. Thanks for pawning us off to another building that cares even less!
I had an accident, and suffered a separated shoulder last night. I was taken to OSF St.Mary's ER by ambulance where I was treated. The staff was great! They all seemed to genuinely care, and a few of them exceeded well beyond their job descriptions. I did not get their names as I was in alot of pain, but they made me feel welcome. I have been a patient with osf for 6 years. I recently changed dr do to having 5 different dr in them 6 years do to them leaving. But I chose to keep my obgyn dr there. My original appt was in April and they changed my appt to May then June then July and now August. I would not recommend osf. It should not 5 appts just to be seen by your dr
So i had a recent visit with this place while I was unfortunately intoxicated this place took advantage of that damaged my arm and also ran a 10000$ dollar bill running tests that made no sense to run that night so I would really go to a different hospital.
first off, I was pregnant and called to set a appointment as soon as I found out about 6weeks, in place of a standard visit they do E-visits where blood work was done. (Everything was normal) on my second e-visit I was asked if they had called me to schedule a sonogram because she had sent them a message that I needed one and they had dropped the ball on it, so she reached out again and told me that if they hadn't reached out by the next day to let her know.
