This place doesn't take you seriously. I can't get one person to call me back to schedule my son in after they cancelled 2 months ago after getting up there. I'm getting frustrated !!! This place is a joke . I'm mad !!!
Emily McKenna is incredible, and I couldn't have gotten a better person to help maintain my seizures. I recommend her to everyone who needs someone who will listen and truly work with you.
Will never step a foot in that office again. They don’t have one neurologist in the building, and this speaks volumes. Tia the nurse told me to get a referral from my primary physician and did not help me in the referral process, as the Peoria office told me she would. Perhaps with the lack of Doctors and their oversight things have fallen apart there.
Was reluctant to work with this office based on the negative reviews but gave them a chance. Unfortunately, they've rescheduled several times now, moving appointments out multiple months each occurrence. Never seen anything like it.
