Stop by to purchase some CPAP supplies as I have in the past. Person working the counter refused to sell them . Was informed I had to have a prescription even though I I have received them in the past and paid for them on site. I had cash or credit card and tried to pay . The people seem nice but it is extremely difficult to get through if there are questions on anything. I can try all times of day and the line is always busy
These people are the absolute worst. I urge anyone not to do business with them. I was told, repeatedly, that I had a zero balance, only to find out they sent me to collections and then refused to return calls. Then they informed me that I owe double, what they had been telling me. The supervisor is offensive and screamed at me.
OSF is profit oriented and does not put the patient's health as the number one priority. Sadly that's what makes a successful business these days and as a result we are left with OSF monopolized healthcare in central Illinois now and the common response to this is to go to Chicago or St Louis for better treatment if you're on Medicare or Medicaid. Thanks greedy SOBs!
