My experience at the OSF Roscoe location has been nothing but argumentative distrusting especially nurse Heather she thinks she knows everything when she knows nothing she needs to quit giving out advice and stabbing people in the back

Spent 45 minutes for get Dr. Getz's time for 3 minutes. Didn't talk to me first, just carved into my foot and explained afterwards what his plan is, not what I wanted to do. Why do doctors forget that their patients are people, not just the ailment?! Horrible experience, poor treatment.

While healthcare in the USA may be a predatory industry in general OSF stands apart from the crowd. They nickel and dime for as much as humanly possible. Their customer service is incompetent to the point that I’m amazed to see people walking into their facilities seeing as the act of actually scheduling an appointment seems beyond their capabilities. Having high blood pressure is never fun. Going to the ER for it is even less fun. Then having your primary care physician tell you that you have to spend more money for him to “lay eyes on you” before he will refill a blood pressure script is the least fun of all....I guess the lamen DONT understand why the ER doctors eyes and multiple tests don’t qualify?? Greed that’s why.
