Second time taking our daughter to the ER and it’s the same thing, very long waits

I was very happy with the service I was given at OSF! I was there for physical therapy and Lexi, Barbara, and Jennifer were very nice and always welcoming!
Stay away. OSF is a very unethical and shady organization. Even with good insurance, you go in for a basic annual checkup and they will code it otherwise generating a bill for several hundred dollars to the patient. You bring it up to their attention and they stick to their guns denying and not admitting what they did. I will be spreading the word about what they do.
