Refused to cancel coverage...said needed a reason....gave progressive #... Progressive said agent needed to. Not the first issue.. Always chose to argue and point blame instead of just completing task. Canceled all coverages..... There are much better options out there. Unprofessional. She will definitely try to respond this....
