Whoever is running, the phone is absolutely disrespectful and at the very end she told me someone would contact me and I tried asking her if it was gonna be through phone or email and she started yelling at me and hung up. Terrible. Especially the fact that my grandmother just passed and I'm being treated like that is heartbreaking. Have more respect.
