Brought a used 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan that had just came out of factory warranty around 50K miles. Tanner has done preventative maintenance and monitored everything for 5 years, I have had no major issues going on 193K miles.. we replaced the water pump which is a known issue on this model.. honest, smart, really great complex problem solver. Will fix what’s necessary or fix things that prevent further maintenance down the road. Great mechanic and person.

After being serviced (primary item was timing belt replacement), ended up on 1200mile trip - - and NO PROBLEMS. Tanner truly cares about the functionality of your vehicle, and is willing to explain to those who ask (like me). Very responsive and reasonable pricing, discussed what to look for in future.
