This place is an absolute joke! They try to bill your insurance for things that don’t have anything to do with your appointment so that they can get money out of you. Lady told me to call my insurance and so I did. When the insurance tried to call her to explain my benefits and tell her that I had a $0 copay, she wanted to ignore the call as I’m sitting right in front of her with the insurance on hold because she knows she’s wrong. I’ve always had a difficult time putting my trust in doctors, but that’s not at all the case with Dr. Medina and her staff. I know my family’s health concerns are in good/ great hands. I’d be remised if I didn’t mention how thorough and knowledgeable she really is.
Felt immediately comfortable with Dr Medina and her staff who were extremely personable and friendly. It felt like a conversation with a friend rather than a grilling from a doctor.
Been a patient over 10 years, I would change doctors for nothing. Very caring, gets to the root of the problem, no playing around. 10 stars from me.
Have been a pt of Dr. Medina since high school. Wouldn't recommend anyone else for a primary care physician. Thorough, informative and most of all patient, she has giided me through tough medical episodes in my life.
