They replaced a double glazed low E window that Hurricane Irma ended up breaking. They ordered the perfect fit glass, and when it came in had it replaced in no time at all (even though I was hovering, watching, and asking questions). They even took the old window and broken shards with them. We'll definitely be calling them when we want to get hurricane shutters before next storm season.
Osceola Window and Door has serviced and fixed 5-6 of my father's windows and also has fixed two of my grandmother's windows. I wouldn't use, or trust anyone else for my Windows' needs.
I have used them for about 15-20 years, will never use anyone else.
