I don't know where to begin. The level of empathy and professionalism with management is absurd. My kid bother passed away in March of this year. We ordered his grave stone , in the meantime we placed flowers and a picture of him as a memorial in his grave side, for over 2 months my family and I thought we were praying and visiting the grave site designated for my brother. March of 2016 I informed the office that my grandparents grave marker was completely removed from the granite, the vase was missing and where the vase belongs was broken and filled in with sand. I like them. My mom died while I was in prison and I had to call them over the phone and make arrangements. The man I spoke to Tom talked with kindness and gentleness and he spoke of my mom like a living person and not like a everyday job. When I told them I couldn't pay for the cremation right away they made arrangements so she got her wishes. I am so glad she went to a carding place
