Great doctors. Friendly staff and nurses. Doctors are always thorough and explain diagnosis and treatment. Billing department has always been willing to work out good payment plans. Love that they keep expanding and adding services.
I see that they're adding on, you know what else they'll add onto your insurance premium and all your medical bills as well. I'm sure the director and all the big wigs that run the place will get a big bonus too. I'm sure the level of customer service won't get any better either.
I first went to Osceola medical center for wound care. Dr Blanco was excellent. I was transferred to podiatry and saw Dr Thompson who is also excellent. This facility treats you more like a human than any of the places I have visited in Minnesota where I live. I will definitely be going back if necessary and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a more caring atmosphere.
