Call before coming get told walk in is open till 5. Get here at 4:53 and get turned away because “they have seen their last patient already”. Tell them I called before coming and was told they close at 5. Then proceeds to tell me that they have a quota they only see so many people per day. Is this a restaurant or a hospital I’m confused. So maybe if you don’t want to accept someone that needs medical help at 4:53 because you want to go home. Then post closed at 4:30 not 5pm. And a quota really….wtf

I have used the walk-in clinic twice for myself and my Grandson once. Very pleased with results. They treated my Grandson right away. Once they realized I needed transferring to the ER and took no time to have me treated there. We have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. They were polite and caring. Good job.

You can never get in for weeks or longer. Doctors are always overbooked, so if something is urgent, you have to see another provider who doesn't know your medical history nor reads anything about you. Worst clinic for patient care.They need help with this big time. I personally have a complex medical history, so why would I want to see someone who knows nothing about me?? STOP over booking your doctors so they have time to see normal patients on a more urgent basis. Some people should not have to wait or see someone else.
