Both David who identified the problem with the Air conditioning system, and Jhonny who installed a new circuit board, did an excellent job.
Today I came home to a warm home. Apparently my air had shut down. At first I was afraid my unit took a hit. I called Osceola Air right away. They were solid booked but did everything within their power to schedule for same day. A few mins later I received a call that they were able to fit me in on the same day. That’s what you call a company that cares about their customers. The best part was that it wasn’t anything major and 30 minutes later my air was back on. I highly recommend Osceola Air. Want to Thank Technician Robert McCormick for doing a fantastic job on my hvac unit. He came for a maintenance appointment and thoroughly cleaned the unit and answered all of my questions! He was exceptional!
