Technician was very professional, fully explained what he was going to do and a stall my question.
They installed a new A/C for us. The guys that came out were very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They took time to answer questions when I was curious about the process as well. I would highly recommend them. And the A/C works great!
I had my home under contract (for sale) with 2 days till closing and my a/c stopped cooling . I called and they were able to come out and check it out the very next day. Unfortunately for me it needed a major part replaced which again they were able to have the following day. They sent 2 tech’s , Likeil Loreus and Jose DeJesus and they got the job done in time for a walk through that was previously already scheduled and the a/c was back functioning and I was able to close on the sale as scheduled… what a relief!
