Oscar installed our condenser originally, so when the furnace stopped heating properly, we called him back assuming he'd know the system best. He diagnosed it as a circuit board issue and replaced the board which then wouldn't allow the blower to run at all. We paid around $700 for this, and the furnace still wasn't fixed. We had to bring in Lennox directly to get an accurate diagnosis. Excellent service! Return call promptly to schedule appointment. After diagnosis the problem he had the part needed on his truck. He was able to fix the problem same day and on a weekend!
