Oscar is responsive, professional, and helpful, and he does a great job. Available for weekend service as well. Highly recommend.
Oscar installed our condenser originally, so when the furnace stopped heating properly, we called him back assuming he'd know the system best. He diagnosed it as a circuit board issue and replaced the board which then wouldn't allow the blower to run at all. We paid around $700 for this, and the furnace still wasn't fixed. We had to bring in Lennox directly to get an accurate diagnosis. It turned out the real issue was a cracked heat exchanger, caused by poor air circulation something that should have been caught and address... read more
