Oscar is amazing! I've been going to his salon for years and wouldn't trust my hair to anyone else. He knows exactly how to interpret the pictures I show him and tailor the style to fit me perfectly. Monica works wonders with her eyebrow threading-she is truly an artist! She takes her time to make sure that you come out looking your absolute best. I would recommend this salon to anyone in Tampa who is looking for a great salon experience.
