I've been dealing with you guys for years I'm not one to argue are anything of that nature but I'm a little displeased with you guys at the moment I spent 7 grand with you guys I'm satisfied with all pieces except the watch we agreed on 2 carats there's only 1 point 3 I feel I spent to much not to get what I was promised this is bad business and you guys just lost a loyal customer
I purchased my first fancy watch from them years ago. Since then they have been my go to for anything from watches to diamond earrings. Very good customer service. I cant wait for them to open back up from this pandemic to purchase more bling
