Was charged $10 extra. On Friday 7/26 I ordered and paid for $18 worth of food. On Saturday I noticed my bank statement stated Oscars charged my card $28.49. I’ve called Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. And all I’m told is “someone will call you in an hour or so,” but never received a call back. Michelle was very rude on the phone and lacked what any reasonable person would call customer service. It’s not that hard to refund around $10.
The food is always good! The servers make ya feel like you are “family”.
Great service, cool decor, EXCELLENT FOOD! What more could you ask for? We will return
