Watch out for this thief!! He has broken many contracts and is getting away with stealing!! He apparently has closed this business but is still managing to trick people into giving him money. We contracted him for daughter's quinceniera a year ago and gave him $6,500 and never heard from him until 2 weeks before the event but claims he's done nothing wrong!!
