Very kind, conscientious and knowledgeable for OBGYN. I would not recommend him for endometriosis consultation, but he was transparent that is not his specialty.
I thought I’d had a really great visit with Dr. Polo where he was attentive and kind during an emotionally and physically painful experience, however right after our appointment he went on his lunch break and completely forgot to put in the prescriptions we’d discussed, requiring me to wait in the hospital lobby, bleeding and in extreme pain, for an hour, while he finished his lunch break, to receive my prescriptions.
