This place is ridiculously awesome. They do great work.
This place made me think of a sweat shop!! There were maybe 3 Asian women working there and about 20 Asian males. The entire clientele was women. The fact that they only speak Asian is rude! This is the United States of America!! English speaking clientele have no idea what they are saying!!!! I will never return there.
Little pricey but by far the best salon I have been to.
AWFUL customer service. Only talked to me once to ask what color, not a welcoming experience whatsoever. All they do is talk to each other and it makes you feel uncomfortable. Then proceeded to rush through my scheduled appointment which caused him to cut four of my fingers with the drill and drew blood. He didn’t even take time to wipe away the blood and just kept using the drill and being very aggressive. This was the opposite of a relaxing experience and just made me want to go home.
