My nail tech sanded my real nails down to nothing under the acrylic. When I asked him if that’s what he was doing he said no. When I looked later most of my nails were gone. They were pretty long and now I have to cut them and start over. This was such a horrible and sad experience. They don’t use any new equipment per person. Everything is worn and used from client to client. Very unsanitary. He also cut into my cuticles without care. Then he overcharged me as well. They will not have my business or anyone else I know.

Terrible!!! First time coming into this salon. Was not acknowledged and had to prompt them about providing service. The man there was very uninterested in doing my nails. My sister sat to get her nails done and another man come to sit in the front. I asked could he do my nails and he told me to wait… apparently so he can play games on his phone. None of the other ladies moved to provide service. However, when one of their own came in they rushed to give her service although I was there first. I left and will never be back. O... read more

Garbage. Trash customer skills and janky representatives
