SCAM- beware!! I went to Oscar Nails for my first time ever & was very disappointed overall. I showed up right at the time Of my appointment, only to wind up waiting another 10+ minutes. When the technician finally came over to me she explained that my spot was given up because I was late and they didn’t know if I was was going to show up. I told her that the clock was wrong and it was at least 10 minutes ahead so they might want to change that. They had me soaking for my pedicure while I waited but the water was lukewarm ... read more
