First and last time! I got a pink and white full set...$45... no problem that's the usual price anywhere. The problem began when my pink solar gel began chipping away around my cuticle area and lifting all the way to my tips. I went back to the salon to ask someone to fix my nails...they advised me to talk to the manager. I was trying to give them an opportunity to make it right without management involvement. Long time customer but no more. New owner is the reason. Feel bad for employees as nobody looks happy while working. I feel bad for nail tech who has done my nails foe over 6 years because you are the best! Owners motw about money than customer service and retaining those cusyomers. Time to change!
