I had a car from them that was repossessed on May 12th, 2016. By law, within 5 days, I was supposed to receive a notice of repossession along with details on how to retrieve my personal items. It has been over a month and nobody will tell me where my items are. I have called, emailed, and even went down to the dealership and was given the run around.
