I joined this dentist office about a year ago. Within the year, I had few appointments. One of the appointments, I had to wait about 3 hrs from my appointment time to be seen. I had an appointment today at 9:15am. They sent me a text asking if they could switch appointment to 10:00am. I called the office and a lady picked up. I told her who I was and She said stated that the office wanted to know if they could change my appointment from 9:15am to 9:45am or 10:00am. I said that will be fine.
