RecommendedMy friend and I went in to get just a couple link taken out my watch. Staff was very friendly and we were quickly greeted. I walked around and looked at other watches and another employee offered to show me some and let me try on any watch. They offered us water and sodas while we waited. The level of customer service we received even though we weren't there to buy anything, was top notch and very impressive! They are fantastic here! I will be back and will recommend customers to them.
After 10 years in Huntsville, I have found my happy place. Everyone is welcoming and gracious in helping you. Highly recommend stopping by and getting to meet the wonderful people ready to help you with your jewelry needs.

I have a 43-year old Bulova Accutron wrist watch that my Mother gave to me as a college graduation gift. I have worn it since it was given and I cannot estimate its sentimental value. My first trip to Osborne's was to have the battery replaced. They did so and refused to charge me for the service. During their relocation, I went to a nearby chain battery store and they cross-threaded the ring that holds the back in place. Later the watch stopped working altogether. Dropped off my engagement ring for a cleaning. I thought I would have to leave it there but they did it in under 10 minutes, offered me a cookie, and made it look better than new! Now it sparkles like the sun! I took out my card and they told me it was on the house! Great service, I will be back!
