I totally recommend Lee Osborne and Team, they have performed 100's of real estate transactions for me over the years, they have become like my extended family.
I hated every minute of working with this company. They misspelled my name on all the paperwork; made us go back to the notary several times (had to take off work); delayed closing; accused us of fraud because our signatures looked too similar and finally were abrupt and rude on the phone when we called to verify wire transfer accounts (Karen Tice). In the end we got paid but it was torturous and in my humble opinion, given all the options in Jacksonville, I’d save this one as a last resort.
