Got 2 rear tires replaced last week. Over weekend I noticed slight damage on both rims - fresh peeling which looks like curb rash, you can still see specks on the sidewall. I'm a very careful driver and I would've known if it was me. I have to believe it occurred during the fitting process. 1 star returned because the front of house staff were very friendly and professional.
Just had 2 new tyres put on my Subaru xv and the tpsm warning going off. Dash reading was 50kpsi . Let some air out and then continued to drive, still tpsm. Luckily I remembered there is a space saver. That was at 55psi, I reduced it to 42psi as per the door sticker and the warning went away. Also they missed a tyre cap. Please be careful guys, normally ur great but maybe a newbie or something? Shayan
Murph helped us out with a puncture repair today after we called him for an urgent last minute appointment the week of our wedding. He managed to get an appointment for us in half an hour, fixed the puncture and sent us on our way all within an hour or so. He was an absolute life saver. In what could have been a disaster for us, he was so kind, patient and professional. Couldn't speak higher of him and the team.
New tyre in a pinch after getting a flat. Great service.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location. Dropped my car off in the morning and they had it ready for me by lunchtime.
