I had my car in for a service in July and upon test drive the car was in an accident when the mechanic was driving it. I was ok with that as it was a. Simple accident. I recently got my works car serviced at Renault Osborne Park. I found the whole experience to be exceptional! From making the booking online, and the fast response to confirm my booking, to the friendly and efficient manner of Hanna when I arrived to drop my car off. Hanna also contacted me to notify me of some additional faults and kept me informed throughout. I could not fault their service in any way.

Absolutely terrible customer service! simply just wanted to talk to someone in regards to a job ad and had to call multiple times after being told my multiple different receptionist that I would receive a call back. Once I eventually got in touch with the person in charge of the job he told me the job position had been filled. So there is no communication between his team because none of the receptionists could relay that information.
