We have purchased three LDVs, but unfortunately, our experience with the service department has been disappointing. I attempted to pay over the phone in advance, but the process was unnecessarily difficult. When I tried to pay in person, I encountered further issues, and there was little effort from LDV to assist. This resulted in me having to take public transport home and return the next day just to collect my vehicle, which was highly inconvenient.
