Had a new cover put on the car. Car came back scratched and damaged. After several months the cover doesn’t fit properly and has been flapping in the wind. Emailed and called and nothing followed up to date.
It's a real shame google does not allow zero star reviews. Never in my existence have I experienced such poor customer service. Our LDV ute was picked up from roadside Monday evening, now Wednesday afternoon and I am none the wiser as to where my vehicle is. The vehicle was purchased at Osborne park not even 2 years ago. I want to give a zero, but that's not possible, so I will leave a 1. Worst customer service within the service department. Don't buy a new LDV thinking the warranty will keep you safe. It does NOT.
We purchased our latest car with Zan and Osborne Park LDV. Zan was knowledgeable about the cars, answered all our questions, handled paperwork efficiently and communicated very well throughout the process. We are really pleased with our purchase. Thanks Zan.
Extremely disappointed in the way I’ve been treated by Osborne Park Ford. I’ve been a loyal customer, servicing my Mustang GT through them, and recently had a serious coolant leak just weeks after a service. They replaced my water pump — yet failed to top up the coolant properly. I had to fill it myself and monitor it daily, and for over 3.5 weeks it didn’t drop a millimetre — proving they didn’t do their job correctly.
