Got the car in a ridiculous condition ….. Took it back to get fixed… got it back…. Still not fixed….. took it back again and i got told everything is perfectly normal…. Im a professional Qualified Tech and still im being taken for a fool.!!! Asked for a refund …… got refused …… so ill be taking this matter higher…!! Extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from this dealership. I’ve had to bring my vehicle back multiple times for various small repairs that should have been sorted before the car was delivered to me. Even after all these visits, I still haven’t been given any documentation to prove what checks were done or anything I signed off on. We recently bought our new car with Scott from Osborne Park Kia. The process was quick and easy, and we were always responded with quick communication and able to test drive the car. We also organised for tint to be done before pick up. Everything was professional, organised and we are very happy with our new car. I recommend Osborne park Kia to purchase your new car.
My 3 stars represent my Used Car purchase as a whole and not my experience with the Used Car team Jordan, Alex, Gareth and Darren who were fantastic! My issue lies with the condition of the vehicle itself when released to me. Issues encountered where: 1. Low Oil Warning light came on withing 10 minutes of leaving the dealership. Sticker indicated vehicle had been serviced by Kia (or partners) whilst in their care and a full safety check conducted.
