Brought a new MUX Tourmate last week great car enjoyed the whole experience, I was made to feel very welcome in the dealership, Maxie was excellent, no pressure during the sale she is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and a lovely young lady. Overcharged for a service and failed to replace a fuel filter (clogged with dirt) and failed to replace worn wiper rubbers. When i questioned this i was told it had been done and i didn't know what i was talking about. So, of course i wasn't going back. When next service was due Lisa rang me to remind me to book it in. When told it was booked elsewhere due to their sub standard work she told me the service supervisor would ring me. That was 2 weeks ago and i haven't been contacted.
