Had an amazing experience with this dealership! We are located in Geraldton. and everything was smooth from start to finish, and the whole process felt easy and stress free, thanks to Christian, our customer service rep. He was incredibly super helpful, friendly, and always there whenever we needed to talk, no matter the time, 10/10 for that bloke. Our experience purchasing a vehicle through Isuzu Osborne Park has unfortunately been extremely disappointing and far more stressful than it should have been. I have had my vehicle serviced exclusively at Osborne Park Isuzu UTE since new and have maintained a full dealership service history. I recently had a warranty claim approved and carried out on the steering arms of my Isuzu D-Max. While the vehicle was there, a scheduled service was also completed. After collecting the vehicle, I discovered that the steering arm ball joint rubber bush had been damaged — something that was not present prior to the warranty repair. Very happy so far with our new X-Terrain with no issues so far. It was a pleasure dealing with salesman Ben Carrington who even picked us up from the airport. We found Ben friendly, with a well grounded attitude who was straight to the point and made the process easy and enjoyable.
