Just got my new DMAX from these guys.... and was blown away by the level of customer service! I even had the team organise to send my new ute to a toolbox place to be outfitted before i took delivery and they were only to happy to help! Excellent service. Prompt and in line with times. Pretty much straight in from the Goldfields and the car was like I'd driven in a dust bowl with the windows down. To my surprise, they'd wiped down the interior and vacuum cleaned the car out. Nicely done team. Highly recommended.
I came to do my first year service of MUX. Unfortunately, service department is not doing the things to expectation. They left all the dirt from workshop (black grease) on my leather interior and didn’t clean. My car was not washed at all. Not vacuumed. I came from South of the river expecting a good service, which I didn’t get. Not happy at all.
The team at Osborne Park Isuzu exceeded our expectations when we purchased and took delivery of our 2025 X-Terrain MU-X. Jamie was incredible with his knowledge and insight of the vehicle. It made it an easy choice and we were looked after when we decked it out with a heap of accessories. Can't speak highly enough of Kurtis in the Service Department.
