Very unhappy about sloppy service. Turned up to get a broken off handbrake fixed on my Hyundai i30 (still on warranty and flagged as issue in phone call when booking a service 10 days ago), waited over 2 hours while the car was checked only to be told that it will now be up to 2 weeks before the handbrake can be fixed as it is only now that the part is being ordered! Had a terrible experience with Chevy. I just wanted to test drive two cars and he told me I can only test drive if I buy them from him, which made me feel very weird. I was planning on buying a car with in a week but did not want the pressure of buying a car after a test drive. Was a very rude experience
