Had an experience here where I took in my old Dodge Nitro to have the airbags recalled, service done and hand brake repaired. They kept it in for an extra day for the handbrake repair and when I got it back the handbrake still didn't work.
Called up due to having a recall on my airbags, said it would be a month until they could look at it, legally not allowed to drive the car, asked if they could do anything since its a safety issue and didn't want to know about it, terrible since it's a factory issue, called another chrysler dealer and they fitted me in right away, so 1 start for poor service
