Sam Osborne and his team took care of our home/lawn care and hedge trimming in Daphne for more than a year. Their service was STELLAR!!! Their system of making payments online worked well, and his customer service is top notch. I would use his service again without hesitation.
We had an excellent experience with Sam and his team at Osborne Landscaping. He immediately shared the vision we had of our property and selected appropriate plants, trees, and pavers to suit the project. The result turned out great and everything is growing and surviving nicely! The communication was consistent and they were on site every day until the project was done... thank you Sam and crew!
They planted flowers and shrubs for us a year and a half ago. Before the project, the follow up was good. Now, several of the shrubs have died or are dying. He has been practically ignoring my calls for over six months. He was very focused on the payment side and I complied with all of his requests the same day. I will no longer be pursuing the warranty. After several promises to honor his commitments, I continue to get ghosted. I will need to hire someone else fix this.
