I left this appointment feeling dismissed and frustrated. I attended due to a very painful foot rash that was affecting my ability to walk and wear shoes. Communication was often indirect and explained through metaphors, which made it difficult to get clear answers to direct questions, and the appointment felt unproductive. Dr. Prior has always listened to all my questions in a very Professional manner with understanding & kindness and advised me as I get older the best outcomes for my health.
Signed up with them a year or 6 ago only been there two or three times. During covid I could not even come in since I wasn't able to get vaccinated and even a phone consultation was impossible, only after 3 days of pushing somebody could be bothered picking up a phone 5 days later. Today I go there, door is locked, call the numbers on the door and line is busy for 15 minutes straight or gets disconnected. Not sure what this place is luckily I am hardly ever in need of a GO
Great family run practice. Highly recommend the two doctors running a very busy practice.
