I just moved in and the place is infested with cockroaches. They're outside, crawling up the buildings and windows, flying across the lawns. They're inside, coming out of every crack in the walls or gap on the floorboards. The management company doesn't do anything about it. For over $3000/month for a 2 bedroom, I expect better. The gutters, eaves and window areas are cracked and rotting, attracting more pests. The whole place needs an overhaul.
