This guy has been sending a $500 bill to my family every month, claiming that my 98 year old grandmother consulted with him on ‘Estate Planning’. He has provided no documents showing my grandmother agreed to anything, on top of the fact my grandmother doesn’t actually have the ability to make such an agreement; my family has power of attorney and consultations should have gone through us.
