I am so livid with Luis Lopez it takes for ever to wait for a scheduled appointment I took off work caught a Uber to wait 1hr and a half to never get called back absolutely not that is what a appointment is for to be seen on time I was never seen I walked out and I'm going to have to get a new primary care physician BTW I was a new patient.
Rudest receptionist ever!!! Literally sitting on the phone arguing with me telling me I have to come in because SHE can't find my file. Found the correct one then ask me if I came call back because she has 6 other calls on hold. Like really!???? Changing my dr asap, because that's totally unacceptable.
The new staff receptionists are rude and customer service is horrible, Dr. Gene's assistant is unpleasant and rude, I only go because of Dr. Gene otherwise I wouldn't go at all, been seeing Dr. Gene for 20+ years now.
Pathetic. This is what sums this up in ONE word- the entire operation is something about of a Kafka-esque nightmare. How do they even stay in business?? Even their receptionist goes out of her way to be rude.
