We die before we get a refill on our medication they never pick up the phone or call back for and appointment is terrible we not calling for fun we call because we need a Doctor to see us then they wonder why the Hospital is pack because we get so sick we go to the hospital because Osborne never call us back .
The staff is excellent. Very friendly and kind. Doctor was very nice. Wait time is long. The place needs to be cleaned and up dated
If I could give this place zero stars I would! I’ve been going to this facility for the past 5 years and every year it just gets worse! The doctors are good but the staff is just horrendous, rude, they look at you as if you owed them something, they clearly don’t want to help people! They ignore phone calls! Always on their phones, laughing, chatting and always distracted and on top of that you can’t ask anything without getting an attitude back! Just horrid! This place is fine if you absolutley have to go here, but I’ve gone to their OBGYN center for 2 years and first they never call back with any test results so you have to keep calling to remind them. Second, they somehow can’t figure out to add a pharmacy into their system resulting in me having to call them every single month to ensure my birth control is going to the right pharmacy and sometimes they still send it to the wrong place which is about a 40 min drive from where I live. The receptionist at this facility is the absolute WORST! They never answer the phone so you can make an appointment and then when you get there all 3 ladies are sitting back there laughing and talking with one another instead of doing their job. This clinic used to be good now they don't do things reluctantly and they make the patient wait too long, and the receptionists are disgusting everyone is like that even the ones in the back.
