Mismanaged, look elsewhere. My opinion, report that. Others seem to think the same.
10/10 from me. The team especially goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. It’s affordable, great location, well looked after. I was a student at CSU and the location still worked perfectly for me. Not a single complaint and would highly highly recommend. Special thanks to Jarrett for going the extra mile!

Just recently move into the Osborn apartment. The leasing office was very nice, Jarrett who help me and my girlfriend with the move in was very nice and friendly to us. On top of that I became good friends with the maintenance guys who help fix our fridge and toilet when we first move in. The location is very nice, and good for CSU student if they’re looking for a place to live. The one leasing lady (didn’t get her name) was very nice when our fridge was broken, she didn’t have to do it but she took off some money off of our... read more
