Very convenient pleasant waiting area got in on schedule. The Dr was very engaging & knowledgeable . Had a contact exam&he was very thorough. Will be back
I have gone to the bigger facilities with all the bells and whistles in Chico but disappointed with cost, wait time and how they fraudulently tried to charge for a "detached retina" that wasn't even true to our medical insurance (All my husband went in for was a new prescription! He had no issues). This guy is a straight shooter, no frills small office, who is very kind and fun to talk with. Went in for a 10:15 appointment. Waited over an hour to get in. No other patients were there or being seen. Dr. came into the office literally a few minutes before he called me in. Then what should have been a 30 minute MAX appointment took another hour because he spent most of the time talking politics and how great Biden is and how horrible Trump is. I just came in to get an eye exam. Not to hear anyone's personal political opinion. Very VERY uncomfortable. Now here I am a few weeks later. I have misplaced my prescription ... read more
