I have been coming to this place for over 5 years, normally dine in and get great service the server always knows what I want to order as I have gotten the same meal for years! On Tuesday however I got to go and the order was wrong I called back spoke to the manager and he told me he would remake my meal for the following day. Worst sushi we ever had . The tuna was hard scallops & hamachi salty and didn’t taste fresh had a weird texture, edamame’s they just sprinkled salt on them spent too much for quality of food
Customer service was amazing truly the lady at the front was very kind and very sweet. But the food was terrible the serving size of rice was small. The steak was cooked well done and I asked for medium well and the icing on the cake my husband took a bite and was chewing and he stopped chewing and then pulled hair out of his mouth that wasn’t his. It was honestly disgusting we ended up throwing our $40 worth of food away.
The food here is consistently delicious. We’ve come here for lunch many times. The staff is friendly and courteous and seem to remember our faces which makes us feel valued as customers. Great job!
