I must admit being in Eastern Tennessee I was skeptical. However the great quality and freshness of their sushi quickly won me over. I've eaten here 4 times this week while I was in town and have absolutely loved it! I eat sushi all around the country and this is some of the best! Johnson City, TN you have a real treasure here! ;-)
This is unquestionably the best sushi I've ever had. The staff is polite and food preparation is quick. I cannot stress how fantastic the food is and not only the sushi is excellent. The tako su is another expertly prepared dish for example. I cannot neglect to mention that this is one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been to as well. The tables literally shine. There is no "fishy" smell in the restaurant which is pretty impressive when you think about it. I recommend this place to anyone who likes a good clean restaura... read more
Everything was so good and fresh! The meats were cooked to perfection and the vegetables steamed just right! We will be back!
