My wife and I were looking for a new spot to try, and I remembered this place used to be Osaka. From the outside it looked nice, and once we got inside, we could tell they had made quite a few changes from the old Osaka restaurant layout. The decor was modern and clean, definitely a nice update. We were seated by a friendly hostess, and our server, Kristina, came by shortly after to greet us. I visited this restaurant twice in the past week and encountered the same issues both times. The ingredients did not seem very fresh—both the fried chicken and the beef had a strong bloody taste. This wasn’t the pleasant umami flavor you might expect from a rare steak, but rather an unpleasant, almost nauseating odor.
