Dr. Cecilia Ng is fantastic. This is my second oral apnea appliance I had done with Dr. Ng. We did the process for the 2nd appliance remotely, so it has taken a bit more back and forth communication - as compared to travelling to visit her in the lower mainland. She is very patient, personable, thorough and highly skilled at what she does. Highly recommend her.
Dr. Cecilia Ng is a talented professional who has provided outstanding support in managing my sleep apnea. I was lucky to find her on-line after moving to B.C. in 2024. To my surprise, she identified an issue that had not been diagnosed in the past. She is 100% client-focused with great communication skills.
My appointment with Dr Cecilia Ng was very nice. She explained and showed me the mouth piece that is going to help my sleep habit. She took all the measurements for my mouth piece and said it will be approximately 3 weeks before I receive it.
OSA Solutions oral device worked great for me. My husband says I don't snore anymore - unless I forget to use it! It's comfortable, easy to use, and has made a big difference in our sleep quality. I highly recommend this company and Dr. Cecilia Ng who was very responsive to my needs and very patient in explaining all the details I needed to know. She was absolutely great!
Dr Cecilia Ng was very helpful and professional explaining the device and how to wear it and cleaning. My first night wearing the device all night was very easy and my snoring was very minimal. I am very happy with device.
