Very professional, explained the MAD options to me in detail and compared them to the CPAP with pros and cons, and made sure i had no TMJ issues. Winded up going with the panthera mandibular advancement device. After i received the product, followed up multiple times to check how i was doing to ensure there were no issues.

Dr Ng created a mouthguard for snoring for me in Vancouver over long distance as there are no specialist like her here in Northern BC. She was very thorough, informative, friendly and persistent in following through. She is even has a reputation all the way up here. Highly recommend Dr Ng and OSA Solutions!
