I have gone to OS Salon in Geneva 3 times, all booked with Gloria. Today, I had an appt for a color & cut, but I was scheduled for a gloss & cut? I am going out of town & expected a color more than a cut. She told me she had no time for me to do a color so I left. My last visit with Gloria she advised me she could not cut my hair the way I wanted SHE WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH THAT KIND OF HAIR CUT. Ridiculous! I WOULD NOT recommend Gloria to anyone!
