I've being going to os2 salon for several years Sabrina that ive dealt with is nasty she called me yesterday to tell me that I should have any tangles combed out not sure why she would assume that I must missed a couple when I brushed my hair charged me 15.00 extra they didnt even let me know they were going to do that Sabrina was giving me an attitude saying they had to push appointments Out but no one was waiting there. I have gone to OS Salon in Geneva 3 times, all booked with Gloria. Today, I had an appt for a color & cut, but I was scheduled for a gloss & cut? I am going out of town & expected a color more than a cut. She told me she had no time for me to do a color so I left. My last visit with Gloria she advised me she could not cut my hair the way I wanted SHE WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH THAT KIND OF HAIR CUT. Ridiculous! I WOULD NOT recommend Gloria to anyone!
