They were very professional and so kind. I had to get fluid drained off my knee along with a steroid shot. I am petrified of needles, and this was the best experience I have ever had! It didn’t hurt and My knee felt much better afterwards! I would highly recommend this place
OS1 is by far the absolute BEST orthopedic care provider I have seen. The facility is well maintained. The staff is efficient professional and patient. The doctor was very attentive and THOROUGH. Most importantly my pain was addressed onsite! Overall SUPERB! I highly RECOMMEND OS1.
What an EXCELLENT experience I had at OS1 Hoover. It was the day after Christmas and the care was outstanding. Everyone was helpful, kind, courteous, and KNEW their STUFF. They listened, offered clear protocols, and I left knowing that my knee had received the best attention possible. THANK YOU!
Very clean office and mainly friendly staff. Only issue I had is one morning, I arrived about 10 min early on a cold morning. Workers were inside but did not open the door to allow customers inside. I am sure they were prob following protocol to not open the doors until set open time but I feel if the elements are brutal what harm would it do to allow customers inside and then allow them sign in once opening hours begin? I had an accident on a Saturday and needed to be checked out for fractures/breaks and soft tissue damage. Reached out to my primary care physician Sunday morning who sent me to OS1-Hoover. I was able to secure a 1:30 appointment that day. New, spacious and very nice facility, and all staff I encountered from front desk to x-ray tech to doc were all extremely professional, empathetic and thorough. In 1.5 hrs, I came away with a plan.
