Answered the phone. Sent someone out promptly. Saul was polite and informative. He troubleshot the issues with my fridge, trying low-cost repair options first. Reasonable rate/fees. Will call this outfit again.
Oktay was helpful and knowledgeable about my refrigerator and washer/dryer. He is very responsive by text and shows up when he says he will. Oktay provided us excellent, efficient and processional repair service! I almost went with a large company and then I read Oktay’s reviews. Called Oktay about my washer issue on Monday, he came out Tuesday and fixed it. Very fair price as well. I will definitely call him again if I need other appliances fixed. Thanks Oktay!
Great Service, Excellent Result. Oktay fixed our 14 year old KitchenAid dishwasher at a very reasonable price. He diagnosed the problem (blown fuse), checked the circuit board to eliminate other potential problems, and fixed the food shredder mechanism as well. He even had all the necessary repair parts with him. Nice guy, very competent, will be using him for any future appliance repairs without question.
Oscar was great I would highly recommend him very professional
